[Job Responsibilities]
1. Verify the purchase material requisition form, check if the contents of the requisition form are complete, if the purchased materials are compliant and appropriate, and effectively monitor the prices of raw materials and the consumption of auxiliary materials in the production process.
2. Responsible for daily document review in the factory, controlling and supervising the production process of raw and auxiliary material procurement, issuance, completion of product warehousing, sales out of warehouse, and return, to prevent risks of stagnant and backlogged materials.
3. Strengthen communication with factory statistics and warehouse management, provide guidance and supervision from a financial perspective to ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive cost accounting data provided.
4. Lead and organize regular inventory checks, verify inventory results with book data, prepare inventory reports, analyze reasons for inventory gains and losses, and promote accounting adjustments and process optimization.
5. Familiar with the production process of various products, evaluate cost plans, accurately collect and allocate direct materials, direct labor, manufacturing expenses, and other costs in the production process, and form cost accounting reports.
6. Provide cost accounting data, cost analysis reports, and cost reduction rationalization suggestions to the management department.
7. Safely keep cost related materials and bind them on a monthly basis, and regularly archive them.
8. Other matters arranged by superiors.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance or related majors, with intermediate accounting title.
2. I have over 5 years of experience in cost accounting in large manufacturing enterprises, familiar with financial cost accounting systems, and able to conduct comprehensive analysis of cost influencing factors.

4、有参与ERP、WMS系统上线者优先。
