[Job Description]
1. Construction of equipment management system: Establish and improve equipment management system and organize its implementation, including equipment verification, equipment file management, equipment allocation, activation and sealing, and management of various instruments; Develop standard operating procedures for various types of equipment.
2. Responsible for the selection, demonstration, installation, debugging, and acceptance of newly purchased equipment, ensuring that technical indicators meet production requirements;
3. Coordinate cross departmental resources, promote the implementation of equipment renovation projects, and continuously improve production line automation and operational efficiency;
4. Coordinate the daily operation of equipment: Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and daily production of a series of sodium ion battery cathode material production equipment such as kilns and powder processing, participate in the solidification of production processes and techniques, and ensure the smooth operation of production.
5. Equipment maintenance and upkeep: Assist in solving technical problems in kiln equipment and powder processing technology, and organize the completion of maintenance work; Organize daily equipment inspections and checks, promptly identify problems and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions;
6. Establish equipment management ledger and spare parts warehouse system, strictly control operation and maintenance costs, and implement safety production responsibility system.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical or automation related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in the new energy industry;
2. Having relevant work experience in the new energy, electrode materials, ceramics, and plastics industries, familiar with roller kilns and powder processing technology, experience in PLC control system operation is preferred, and holding relevant special equipment operation or management certificates is preferred;
3. Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system and equipment inspection standards, with excellent on-site problem analysis and solving abilities;
4. Having team management experience, able to independently develop technical solutions and effectively guide grassroots technical personnel in carrying out their work;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent ability to withstand pressure, adaptable to the pace of manufacturing industry, possessing good communication, collaboration and professional ethics.
