[Job Description]
1. Responsible for the implementation of the EHS management system on the site of new energy projects, regularly conducting hazard inspections and closed-loop management for rectification;
2. Organize safety education and training for all staff and emergency drills, implement qualification review and certification supervision for special operation personnel;
3. Coordinate with government regulatory departments, complete special acceptance work for environmental protection, fire protection, etc., and ensure that compliance documents are complete and effective;
4. Lead accident investigation and analysis, develop preventive measures and track their implementation, continuously optimize safety production management system;
5. Coordinate occupational health monitoring and hazardous chemical management, supervise the distribution and implementation of standardized use of labor protection equipment.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in safety engineering, environmental engineering or related fields, holding a registered safety engineer certificate is preferred;
2. Having over 3 years of EHS management experience in new energy or manufacturing industries, familiar with relevant national laws, regulations, and industry standards;
3. Proficient in risk assessment tools and methods, able to independently develop emergency plans and proficiently handle sudden safety incidents;
4. Have good communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to withstand pressure, and adapt to the working environment of the factory site and occasional business trips;
5. Strong principles, strong sense of responsibility, sensitive to data, proficient in using Office software for report analysis and reporting.
