1. Responsible for daily communication with customers such as sodium battery cell factories, energy storage integrators, and material application enterprises, actively communicating technical information such as product parameters, batch stability, gram capacity, first effect, and processing performance of the company's sodium ion battery positive electrode materials.
Assist clients in completing material selection consultation, filling out technical questionnaires, and sorting out sample testing requirements. Translate clients' technical questions into internal communication documents and coordinate with the R&D and testing teams to output responses.
2. Prepare and manage sales process documents, including but not limited to: customer files, visit records, meeting minutes, quotations, product specifications, inspection report attachments, contract drafts, order confirmation letters, shipping notices, receipts, etc.
Assist in preparing supplier survey forms, quality agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other qualification documents required by customers, ensuring accurate content and controlled versions.
3. Collaborate with the technology/R&D department to translate customer technical requirements into internal task books, assist in preparing product technical information, testing reports, sample application forms, etc., and promote the initial matching and submission of solutions.
4. Collect industry trends, competitor material performance indicators, and customer feedback on key indicators such as cost/compaction density/cycle life for sodium positive electrode materials, and output market briefings or competitive comparison tables according to templates. Regularly summarize customer technical pain points and improvement suggestions, and provide structured data support for product iteration in the R&D department.
5. Follow up on customer sample requests, sample delivery processes, testing feedback receipts, and coordinate with production and quality departments to provide COA (Factory Inspection Report), MSDS, and other documents. Assist the sales manager in handling small batch order follow-up work, timely report delivery progress to customers, and improve customer service experience.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in materials science and engineering, chemical engineering, electrochemistry, new energy materials, and related fields.
2. More than 1 year of experience in B2B industrial product sales support, customer communication, technical document management, or business assistant;
3. Candidates with a background in sodium ion battery cathode materials, lithium battery cathode materials, battery materials, or battery cell enterprises are preferred; Those who understand material testing indicators (particle size, specific surface area, moisture, magnetic substances, etc.) and the basic logic of battery applications will receive extra points.
4. Possess good customer listening and clarification skills, able to translate technical language into easily understandable documents or verbal explanations for customers; Can understand the main performance parameters of positive electrode materials and their approximate impact on battery performance, willing to learn the process of industry university research transformation; Can organize simple experimental data comparison tables and customer feedback statistics tables.
5. Be meticulous and rigorous, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have a habit of self checking the accuracy of documents;
6. Possess service awareness and patience for cross departmental collaboration (often requiring communication with research and development, production, and quality);
