Job responsibilities
1. Take over from the final stage of infrastructure construction and be fully responsible for the subsequent equipment installation, electromechanical debugging, process verification, trial production and mass production introduction of the 10,000-ton cathode material production line.
2. Develop and dynamically optimize the project's third-level/fourth-level progress plan (nodes such as equipment arrival, installation, commissioning, online commissioning, trial production, etc.), coordinate design, construction, equipment suppliers, internal processes and production teams to ensure that key milestones are achieved.
3. Control the budget execution for the remaining stages of the project, review engineering changes, equipment purchase balances, installation costs, etc. to avoid overestimation, and regularly output project financial reports.
4. Technical coordination and problem solving: take the lead in solving technical deviations in equipment and process matching, DCS/PLC control system joint debugging, and material trial operation, and quickly make decisions on on-site abnormal problems.
5. Team and cross-department collaboration: Establish and manage the project on-site team (equipment, process, safety, documentation, etc.), and connect with the company's R&D, procurement, production, and quality departments, as well as external design institutes, environmental impact assessment units, and government authorities (such as emergency bureaus and environmental protection bureaus).
6. Acceptance and delivery: Organize project segmentation and overall acceptance (equipment acceptance, fire acceptance, trial production plan filing, etc.), complete the archiving of completion data, deliver the qualified production line to the operation team in its entirety, and assist in completing ramp-up production support.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, chemical engineering, materials, machinery, engineering management or related majors.
More than 2.8 years of engineering project management experience in chemical industry, materials, batteries or related fields, of which at least one has been independently responsible for at least one complete pilot line or 1,000-ton production line construction project (from late civil construction to mass production delivery).
3. Applicants with experience in building production lines for sodium battery cathodes, lithium battery cathodes, precursors or similar powder materials will be given priority.
4. Bonus points for those who are familiar with equipment selection, installation specifications, clean workshop requirements, airflow crushing/sintering and other core process equipment.
5. Strong on-site promotion ability: able to advance in an orderly manner and make quick decisions under the pressure of multiple cross-cutting operations and deadlines.
6. Communication and coordination skills: able to balance the demands of multiple parties such as company shareholders, suppliers, construction teams, and governments.
7. Be able to stay at the Lu'an project site and accept moderate overtime or on-site work during the sprint period of the project.
