[Job Description]
1. Coordinate the execution of production plans, allocate personnel, vehicles, and materials resources reasonably, and ensure the daily output and delivery milestones of the new energy production line are achieved;
2. Lead on-site workshop management, strictly monitor process discipline and safety standards, implement quality control measures to reduce defect rates;
3. Responsible for daily maintenance and supervision of equipment, organizing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to ensure efficient and stable operation of production equipment;
4. Coordinate cross departmental collaboration, connect R&D and supply chain departments, optimize production processes, and promote the implementation of technology improvement projects;
5. Establish a team performance system, conduct employee skill training and safety education, and enhance the overall operational efficiency and safety awareness of the team.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the factory manager.
[Job Requirements]
1. College degree or above, with a background in mechanical automation, new energy or related fields, and at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing management;
2. Proficient in lean production concepts, familiar with ISO quality management system and safety production regulations, holding relevant qualification certificates is preferred;
3. Proficient in operating and applying production management systems such as ERP/MES, with strong abilities in data analysis and problem-solving;
4. Priority consideration will be given to those with production experience in the lithium-ion (or sodium battery) positive/negative electrode industry;
5. Familiarity with equipment and production processes related to powder mixing, grading, sintering, coating, drying, etc. is preferred;
6. Have good communication and expression skills;
7. Proficient in using office software and equipment related engineering software;
8. Obey the company's rules and regulations, and obey the management of the leaders.
