At present, the NFS system material of Na Yuan New Materials has a high voltage platform of 3.6-6.7V and a compaction density of 2.6-2.7g/cm ³; The compacted density of NFPP material has exceeded 2.3g/cm ³, and the capacity retention rate at a rate of 10C has reached over 85%, with overall performance ranking among the top in the industry. Production Manager/Supervisor

[Job Description]

1. Coordinate the execution of production plans, allocate personnel, vehicles, and materials resources reasonably, and ensure the daily output and delivery milestones of the new energy production line are achieved;

2. Lead on-site workshop management, strictly monitor process discipline and safety standards, implement quality control measures to reduce defect rates;

3. Responsible for daily maintenance and supervision of equipment, organizing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to ensure efficient and stable operation of production equipment;

4. Coordinate cross departmental collaboration, connect R&D and supply chain departments, optimize production processes, and promote the implementation of technology improvement projects;

5. Establish a team performance system, conduct employee skill training and safety education, and enhance the overall operational efficiency and safety awareness of the team.

[Job Requirements]

1. College degree or above, with a background in mechanical automation, new energy or related fields, and at least three years of experience in manufacturing management;

2. Proficient in lean production concepts, familiar with ISO quality management system and safety production regulations, holding relevant qualification certificates is preferred;

3. Proficient in operating and applying production management systems such as ERP/MES, with strong abilities in data analysis and problem-solving;

4. Priority consideration will be given to those with production experience in the lithium-ion (or sodium battery) positive/negative electrode industry;

5. Familiarity with equipment and production processes related to powder mixing, grading, sintering, coating, drying, etc. is preferred;

Equipment Manager/Equipment Engineer

1. Construction of equipment management system: Establish and improve equipment management system and organize its implementation, including equipment verification, equipment file management, equipment allocation, activation and sealing, and management of various instruments; Develop standard operating procedures for various types of equipment.

2. Responsible for the selection, demonstration, installation, debugging, and acceptance of newly purchased equipment, ensuring that technical indicators meet production requirements;

4. 5. Equipment maintenance and upkeep: Assist in solving technical problems in kiln equipment and powder processing technology, and organize the completion of maintenance work; Organize daily equipment inspections and checks, promptly identify problems and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions;

6. Establish equipment management ledger and spare parts warehouse system, strictly control operation and maintenance costs, and implement safety production responsibility system.

[Job Requirements]

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical or automation related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in the new energy industry;

2. Having relevant work experience in the new energy, electrode materials, ceramics, and plastics industries, familiar with roller kilns and powder processing technology, experience in PLC control system operation is preferred, and holding relevant special equipment operation or management certificates is preferred;

3. Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system and equipment inspection standards, with excellent on-site problem analysis and solving abilities;

Sales Manager of Sodium Positive Electrode Materials

[Job Description]

1. Responsible for daily communication with customers such as sodium battery cell factories, energy storage integrators, and material application enterprises, actively communicating technical information such as product parameters, batch stability, gram capacity, first effect, and processing performance of the company's sodium ion battery positive electrode materials. Assist clients in completing material selection consultation, filling out technical questionnaires, and sorting out sample testing requirements. Translate clients' technical questions into internal communication documents and coordinate with the R&D and testing teams to output responses.

2. Prepare and manage sales process documents, including but not limited to: customer files, visit records, meeting minutes, quotations, product specifications, inspection report attachments, contract drafts, order confirmation letters, shipping notices, receipts, etc. Assist in preparing supplier survey forms, quality agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other qualification documents required by customers, ensuring accurate content and controlled versions.

3. Collaborate with the technology/R&D department to translate customer technical requirements into internal task books, assist in preparing product technical information, testing reports, sample application forms, etc., and promote the initial matching and submission of solutions.

4. Collect industry trends in sodium positive electrode materials, performance indicators of competitors' materials, and customer feedback on key indicators such as cost/compaction density/cycle life, and output market briefings or competitive comparison tables according to templates. Regularly summarize customer technical pain points and improvement suggestions, and provide structured data support for product iteration in the R&D department.

5. Follow up on customer sample requests, sample delivery processes, testing feedback receipts, and coordinate with production and quality departments to provide COA (Factory Inspection Report), MSDS, and other documents. Assist the sales manager in handling small batch order follow-up work, timely report delivery progress to customers, and improve customer service experience.

[Job Requirements]

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, New Energy Materials, or related fields.

2. More than 1 year of experience in B2B industrial product sales support, customer communication, technical document management, or business assistant;

3. Candidates with a background in sodium ion battery cathode materials, lithium battery cathode materials, battery materials, or battery cell enterprises are preferred; Those who understand material testing indicators (particle size, specific surface area, moisture, magnetic substances, etc.) and the basic logic of battery applications will receive extra points.

4. Having good customer listening and clarification skills, able to translate technical language into easily understandable documents or verbal explanations for customers; Can understand the main performance parameters of positive electrode materials and their approximate impact on battery performance, willing to learn the process of industry university research transformation; Can organize simple experimental data comparison tables and customer feedback statistics tables.

5. Careful and rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility, and a habit of self checking the accuracy of documents;

6. Having a service-oriented mindset and patience for cross departmental collaboration (often requiring communication with research and development, production, and quality);

7. Capable of adapting to occasional business trips (such as attending industry conferences, accompanying supervisors to visit key clients), moderate stress resistance, and emphasizing teamwork.
