Mr. Wang Chendong, CMO of Na Yuan New Materials, traveled to Europe and visited TIAMAT's R&D headquarters in the northern French city of Amiens. Mr. Wang Chendong introduced the development status and product technology of Na Yuan New Materials. As a new emerging force in the field of positive electrode materials for sodium ion batteries in China, Na Yuan New Materials' technology route covers layered oxides and polyanions, and has flagship products in multiple dimensions such as energy density, cycle times, charge discharge rate, high temperature and low temperature. At the same time, the company also has the ability to optimize product mass production processes and production line design in the process of product technology iteration. Mr. Mathieu Morcrette introduced the TIAMAT project. The company relies on the technical team of Amiens University and surrounding research institutes, dedicated to the industrialization and industrialization of sodium ion batteries. The investment mainly comes from the automotive consortium Stellantis and chemical giant Arkema, and plans to build a 5GWh super factory in northern France. The company focuses on the technological development of high specific capacity polyanion system sodium ion batteries and also develops universal layered oxide sodium ion batteries.
