A native of Shengzhou, Zhejiang, he is a national-level talent, an expert in the new energy industry, a senior battery manufacturing engineer (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), and a member of the SAC/TC297-Green Supply Chain National Standard Working Group. He stayed in Germany for nearly ten years and obtained a German master's degree/doctoral degree/postdoc (co-supervisor is Professor Martin Winter, an academician of the German Academy of Engineering).
In 2022, SIMT Nayuan New Materials was founded to promote the transformation of technological achievements, focus on the development of NFS cathode materials and anode-free sodium-ion batteries, and overcome the three major industry bottlenecks of NFS: low compaction density, rapid high-temperature cycle attenuation, and gas production bulging, and fill the relevant domestic technology gaps.
